About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to booking appointments online with Prayosha Hospital Pvt Ltd (“Prayosha Hospital”, “we”, “us”), Shree Rangkrupa Building, PWD Road, Silvassa 396230. By using the website or booking an appointment, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Medical information

Information on this website is general. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a doctor who has examined you. Do not delay or stop treatment because of something you read here. Photographs marked “illustrative” do not show our patients or staff.

Emergencies

Do not use online booking for an emergency. Call our 24-hour line, (0260) 264 2709, or come straight to the hospital. If you need an ambulance, call 108.

Online appointments

You choose a doctor, a date and a time. The time is held for you for a few minutes while you fill in the form.
Your appointment is confirmed when the booking screen confirms it and you receive a booking reference. The reference and any token number are also sent to you by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Please give true and complete details for the patient. They are used to register the patient at the hospital.
If you book for someone else, you must have their permission. Bookings for children under 18 must be made by a parent or lawful guardian.
Please arrive a little before your time with your booking reference. Doctors at a mother and child hospital are sometimes called to deliveries and emergencies, so a consultation may start later than booked.
Online booking is for outpatient (OPD) consultations. Tests, scans, procedures and admissions are arranged with the doctor.

Fees

Online booking does not take payment. Any consultation fee shown when you book is paid at the hospital. Fees can change, and tests, scans, procedures and medicines are charged separately.

Changing or cancelling

To change or cancel an appointment, call +91 93274 97871 as early as you can, so the time can be offered to another patient. If a doctor is unavailable, we will contact you to offer another time.

Appointment messages

By booking, you agree that we may contact you about the appointment by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email, using the details you give. These are service messages, not marketing. You can ask us to stop WhatsApp or email messages at any time; we will then use SMS or phone.

Using this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not make false bookings, hold times you do not mean to use, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or booking system.
The text, photographs, logo and design belong to Prayosha Hospital or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but not copy the content for commercial use without our written permission.
We try to keep doctors’ timings, services and other information current, but they can change. Please call to confirm before travelling for a specific service or visiting specialist.

Liability

We provide this website “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the website, by its information, or by the website or booking system being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a patient or consumer. Medical care at the hospital is governed by the applicable laws and professional standards, not by these website terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Silvassa have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
